The Donalsonville/Seminole County Chamber of Commerce is frequently asked all kinds of questions, but one of the main things people want to know, is who serves on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors? The Chamber has a fantastic Board of Directors, and we will be introducing each Board member to the community every Thursday through the Donalsonville News and the Chamber’s social media!
Meet our Treasurer: Latoya Fennell
La Toya Fennell is the daughter of Larry and Harriett Fennell, and the proud mother of Ricky Coachman, Jr. and Jada Coachman. A 1994 graduate of Seminole County High School, she went on to attend Bainbridge College, earning an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. La Toya currently serves as the Branch Manager at First Port City Bank here in Donalsonville.
La Toya is passionate about giving back to her community and is actively involved in several committees, including the Fine Arts Booster, Seminole County Warpath on Cancer, and the Board of Equalization, among others. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends and volunteering. She regularly lends a hand at schools, The Friendship Store, 4H, and loves playing BINGO with Family Connection.
Latoya has been an invaluable member of the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for the past four years and is our 2025 Treasurer. If you have ever attended a community event in Seminole County, you have probably met Latoya! Whether it’s a Chamber function, an event at SCES, Family Connection, she is always there to show her support for our community! In addition to her role on the Chamber’s Executive Board, Latoya is also an active member of the Boots & Roots Rodeo committee, has volunteered at the Harvest Festival every year, helped with Chamber Banquet preparations, and is always willing to lend a hand whenever needed. The Chamber is very fortunate to have her on our team!
